NCOs Complete Training Course
NCO’s from the squadron recently completed an intensive two-day training course covering leadership, briefings, drill, service knowledge, time management, discipline and a number of other subjects.
Day one was mostly classroom-based, with lessons and discussions on the subjects covered while day two focussed on practical exercises, giving the cadets the chance to practice what they had learned.
Everyone performed very well and they’ll be debriefed on parade nights on Wednesday 7th. Well done guys!
